During summer 2019 I travelled to New York to undergo a short work placement with the luxury fashion magazine ASIF. The experience allowed me to be immersed in a real life creative industry environment. I gained an understanding of the workings of the magazine; shadowing their graphic designer, engaging in conversation with their photographer and chatting to the other interns about their views and experiences of the fashion world.
