ABOUT ME
My name is Rosie McKenzie and I am a Service Designer. I studied in the Innovation School of the Glasgow School of Art for 4 years on the undergraduate Product Design Course. It was here that I developed my passion for service and user-centred design. My work focuses primarily on service design, co-design and human centred design. I believe users and stakeholders are an integral part of the design process and should be harnessed as an active participant in the creation of goods and services rather than a passive user of the products designed for them.
When I am not working on design projects, I enjoy crafts and card making; I also love the outdoors and spend time hillwalking, jogging and skiing. Having completed my undergraduate degree my goal is to work in the real world of service, digital and experience design and apply the skills I have learnt at the GSA to live projects and implement positive changes in the world of design.
