Understanding design in the context of wider society is a subject I find integral to the success of design work. I enjoy writing and analysing the cultural, social and historical connotations of design. I took a Design, History and Theory course at the GSA and I also took a Design in Society course at RMIT when I was in Melbourne. My course at GSA covered a range of topics from within the world of art, design and architecture, allowing me to explore subjects outside of Product Design.
